RE: Projects in General
1. Projects vary in function, location, form, materials, mediums, people involved, and whether they are child/ family friendly or not.
2. Projects are not always ours alone, we are always willing to help out others if/ when/ where we can.
Feel free to invite us, and let us know what you have in mind for us.
3. Some projects are also us hosting mini-events that encourage awareness of something fun/ important, and participation within our communities.
4. Lots of opportunities - All are welcome!

Want to join us? Please read the following...
RE: Child Friendly
1. Young children: To us this means any under the age of 12/ responsible babysitting age.
2. We prefer young children to be accompanied by their parents/ guardians, or a responsible care giver (ex. babysitter) at all times during these events/ projects.
3. Any "lost" children are not our responsibility, but we are willing to help if/ when/ where possible.

RE: Locations 
1. They are usually within our Tri-city area, but this is not always the case. Some are out of town, so the "ride factor" must be thought of/ worked out. I tend to take public transit as often as possible, and invite others to do the same.
2. BE PREPARED with your footwear! They are known to be uneven grounds witin various cities.
3. We are always open to new location options, feel free to share with us.

RE: Photo Shoots
1. We are only offering October & private shoots now, unless stated otherwise for specific projects.

2. DURING SHOOTS
We try our best to accommodate everyone. There is not always a way to tell who will be ready, who may need to "go ahead" of who, nor the time it will take for any costume changing/ pic. taking. For this reason we request you to let us know - one of us, or on the sign-up sheet (if there is one):
~ If you need to be accommodated/ "bumped up in line" for your picture to be taken.
~ if you can/ are willing to accommodate/ "sacrifice your spot" if needed for the timing of us/ others.
As soon as possible/ when you get to any of our events/ projects is best. Apologize ahead of time for any inconvenience that this, or timing of other things may cause.

3.  Chris S.' Projects/ C.E.S. and any within, are not responsible for any injuries incurred during photo shoots. Many injuries are due to carelessness/ impatience of others. For the record, we have not had any injuries at/ from any of our shoots.

RE: Audio/ Pictures/ Video
1.  BE AWARE!
Many projects are made public.
We share pictures, videos, etc... online.
If you choose to join us in any event/ project, or submit a picture(s) for a project; and you are caught on a camera of any kind that we are using,  it will likely be shared.
 If you do not wish to be "shared online", please let us know.

2. As many are intended "for all to see", we wish to keep them "child friendly".
Please keep nudity of private parts for your lovers, or specific private projects.

3. All submissions MUST be in by the cut-off date/ time, if they are to be considered for the specified project.

4.  By allowing us to take your picture, video taping you, or by your submitting a picture(s); you grant us permission to use it/ them how we choose.
This includes (but does not limit to):
a) Consideration for the specified project, and archiving after for future/ other project(s) consideration(s).  Any future consideration(s) of course, will always be discussed with whom involved.
>>> Projects in mind: Promotional purposes on our website(s), Facebook page(s), and other online presences.
>>> Some forms in mind: Halloween Calendar (H.C.1) - 'Behind the Scenes & Left Overs', t-shirts, trading cards, posters, stickers, etc...
b) They will NOT be used by us for pornography or any kind, used without your knowledge, or uploaded without relevance. If they are uploaded without your knowledge it could be due to not knowing each other/ being "friends" on Facebook or in reality.

5. Chris S.' Projects/ C.E.S. and any within, are not responsible for any "harm"/ misuse of our/ your pics once we have posted them online. We post them the way they are intended to be used (as listed above). What others do with them has nothing to do with us, unless we so specify.

6.  It is not a contest, but we do wish to make it easier for picking.
Therefore pictures MIGHT be posted previous to release dates, so others may vote on the pics. This DOES count toward the voting. & "LIKES" DO COUNT IN THE FINAL TALLY!!!  After all votes are taken into account, my "staff" have the final say in all matters regarding the project(s) & use of the pictures.
It is not guaranteed that they will be shared for voting, as this will happen when needed only.

RE: Picture Submissions
1. Any pictures submitted must include specifications of: which project it/ they are for and within which of my BIG 3: Collaborative Endeavors Studio, Wild Wicked Women - Creative Collective, or Wild Wicked World - and which version also (or if it is intended for both/ either version).

2. Picture submissions can be any time of year, and can be any type - from professional portraits to self-shots. Please ensure:
~ Tell us what you would like us to use it for.
~ Pictures must be submitted by the contestant themselves, or proof of permission otherwise. We don't want any pictures that are not granted permission from the owner/ person(s) in them. If they granted us permission with full knowledge of why when we took it (almost always the case), then to try revoking it (and requesting it be removed) in the future may/ will not be granted. If applicable please tell us why you want it removed, this may help us.

3. Any picture(s) from our events/ projects MUST NOT be previously posted/ shared with others in any way without our permission. They are for our use, until after the release date(s).

4. Any pictures submitted MUST be submitted by the potential model/ have proof of permission to submit it to us. Please provide the proof in person/ with the potential model. We do not want anyone involved that has not granted permission to use the picture(s), does not want to be, or is unaware.
