Others have asked me the difference between Concepts & Perceptions. Concepts are the ideas, Perceptions are how we view them. Perception is the root of our beliefs, standards, morals, and actions. Without it things are confusing, misunderstood, and misjudged. Essentially, we are blind. (^^^)

When we do realize that a day has been missed... Ever notice how we can feel "thrown off", confused, and like we missed out on something? Seems counter-productive to worry about such silly things, doesn't it? (^^^)

Wouldn't this open the doorway to another "wave" of revolutionary technology? Now imagine if every person in the world took that knowledge, and used it to work together to repair the damages mankind has done to this planet. Now wouldn't THAT be something!!! (^^^)

Did you know that it's "Alternative Models Appreciation" Week?
How I have started to celebrate:
+ Hold a group shoot of local alt models. (Bob's party)
+ Encourage any sort of publication to feature an alt. model. (on "Give ART a chance..." page)
+ Come up with a creative way to show your appreciation. (Bob's party/ Halloween shoot) (^^^)

This is true with pets, children, even ourselves. Why not try to solve a problem through preventative measures? Sometimes that's all it takes to avoid possible future problems. Here's to hoping we can for-see the problems, and use preventative measures instead. (^^^)

There is always room for self-improvement attempts in Life. It's always better to try to solve our small problems that are easily fixed, before they have the chance to turn into "BIG issues" that become difficult to solve.... (^^^)

It takes a lot of activity & thought to be a leader in the business world, and guess what... besides the fact that I started our group (Wild Wicked Women), my group is apparently having a hard time "keeping up" with me... ...guess that makes me the leader also. (^^^)

We go through it all our lives... playing "follow the leader", or "Simon says" as kids; or beginning/ running a business. We can only "shape our future" if we take risks, and try to do our very best in Life. Now... try to think where you want to be in life, and start "seizing the opportunities today. (^^^)

Interesting fact - Bats can detect food and what type of insect the food may be up to 18 feet away, using their sense of echolocation.
Now wouldn't that be useful to our blind!!! Happy Hump Day everyone!!! (^^^)

My Add:
There is rarely such a thing as being hired on with a company and expecting to not only last, but also "climb the corporate ladder" to a better paying job. Instead, we must ALL consider...... ourselves as "Freelancers" with what skills we already have, or are willing to be taught.
Then to "keep" the position we get hired on for, we must learn continually to grow with the company or risk losing the job.There are good things about it though... you get to keep learning with those that do actually know from experience, y......ou can "make a name" for yourself with or without a company to work for, and you get the freedom of choosing to go for a different job if you no longer like the current one. Hmmm... myself, I choose to go without the company to work for, as I have many in mind to collaborate with. (^^^)

My Add:
With the recent oil spill in mind, which of course was WAAAY more than "a few drops"... Thankfully the Oil & water do not mix well. So the rat...io of ocean to oil is MUCH more ocean than oil spilt.
And although this does make the ocean itself dirty in that area, it is ONLY that small area and not the ENTIRE ocean. (^^^)

Sat.: got out the door to help a friend pack for moving @ 11: 30PMish; Got back hm. for 5PM, picked up Zack, and left for the Busker Festival @ 5:30PM. Met up with the ladies @ 6PMish for supper, and went to the festival right after. Got ...hm. @ 10:30PMish, put Zack to bed, and got ready to go to the bar. Left for the bar 11PMish, met up with Killbride by Midnight ish, and danced my face off!!! After the bar we hung out with a couple friends until we got back to my place @ 6AMish. Finally got to "drop dead" @ 7AMish... WHEW!!! (^^^)
